Hello world,
On the bright sunny afternoon of Sep 20, 2007, six White Champaks were planted on our campus.
We are grateful for the school’s sponsorship for the trees as well as for the assistance from two of school staff, Mr. Chen and Mr. Hsieh. Our Principal, Vincent, helped to examine the site and measured the space. To our surprise, an honorable guest joined us just when we started or activity. He’s the Commissioner of Taipei City Government Educational Department , who was invited to give a speech in a mass meeting held in LSSH that afternoon.
We were happy to make out contributions to the earth by planting trees. Also, we felt proud to be part of ENO’s schools, feeling more connected to the global village in this way.
We put more pictures in Flickr. Welcome you all to take a look.
P.S.: Students, don’t forget to post your thoughts and reflection on your blog!
